Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones with professionalism, warmth, and confidence
- Welcome clients and guests, creating a high-end, hospitality-driven office experience
- Conduct client intake with a focus on building rapport, gathering key information, and setting the tone for the relationship
- Proactively follow up with prospective and existing clients to ensure a seamless and responsive experience
- Support scheduling and appointment coordination to maximize efficiency and client satisfaction
- Maintain organized physical and digital files, including accurate naming, filing, and scanning of documents
- Provide support to senior members of the team, including, but not limited to, attorneys and paralegals
- Anticipate client and team needs, ensuring no detail is overlooked
