Job Summary:

We at Golden Heart Home Services LLC are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Scheduler to coordinate and manage the schedules of our clients and caregivers. As a Scheduler, you will play a critical role in maintaining efficient operations, ensuring that our clients receive timely and appropriate care, and supporting our caregivers with their schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the daily schedules of caregivers and clients.
  • Communicate with clients and caregivers to confirm appointments, schedule changes, and special requests.
  • Address any scheduling conflicts or issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of scheduling information.
  • Collaborate with the care management team to ensure client needs are met.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and caregivers.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in scheduling, home care, or healthcare environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and other computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Hours:

  • Monday - Friday: 1PM - 4PM
  • On Call as needed every other weekend.

Experience:

  • Appointment scheduling: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Saginaw, Mi




Salary

$16 - $16 per hour
