Job Summary:
We at Golden Heart Home Services LLC are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Scheduler to coordinate and manage the schedules of our clients and caregivers. As a Scheduler, you will play a critical role in maintaining efficient operations, ensuring that our clients receive timely and appropriate care, and supporting our caregivers with their schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the daily schedules of caregivers and clients.
- Communicate with clients and caregivers to confirm appointments, schedule changes, and special requests.
- Address any scheduling conflicts or issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of scheduling information.
- Collaborate with the care management team to ensure client needs are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and caregivers.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in scheduling, home care, or healthcare environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and other computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 1PM - 4PM
- On Call as needed every other weekend.
Experience:
- Appointment scheduling: 1 year (Preferred)
