Position Overview: We are looking for experienced trim carpenters and millwork installers who have a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship. In this role, you will work on a variety of luxury residential projects, installing intricate trim, moldings, custom cabinetry, wainscoting, and other millwork elements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Measure, cut, fit, and install high-end trim and millwork, including crown molding, baseboards, casings, and custom woodwork.

· Collaborate with the project manager, designers, and other trades to ensure seamless integration of millwork elements.

· Ensure that all installations meet high-quality standards and align with the design specifications.

· Work with specialty finishes to achieve a flawless result.

· Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

· Ensure that all installations are completed on schedule and in accordance with quality standards.

· Provide solutions to unique and complex installation challenges.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a trim carpenter or millwork installer, with a focus on high-end residential work.

· Strong knowledge of millwork products, tools, and techniques.

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and design specifications.

· Experience with custom trim, cabinetry, wainscoting, and other high-end finishes.

· Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong communication skills.

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

· Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions (indoor and outdoor).

· Must pass criminal background check and drug test.
