Overview

Fast-paced independent optometry clinic (located outside Costco near the cart entrance) is seeking a reliable Part-Time team member for front desk and technician duties. This role starts at 2 days per week (Fridays + Saturdays) with strong potential to add more hours/days as the clinic grows.

Schedule

• Current schedule: Fridays and Saturdays (10am – 5pm) — 2 days / ~14 hours per week
• Growth opportunity: Additional weekday hours will be available based on performance and clinic needs
• Must be available Fridays and Saturdays to start

Responsibilities

• Patient check-in and check-out
• Pretesting (training provided)
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Maintaining smooth patient flow

Requirements

• Reliable and punctual (this is critical in our small team)
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, friendly, and positive attitude with patients
• Ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients (required)

Preferred (not required)

• Experience in optometry or medical office setting
