Responsibilities

●      Partner with sales, product management, customer success, and engineering teams to refine and evolve our product communications as well as increase our Inbound traffic towards our site.

●      Provide and develop measurable, data and analytics for the acquisition of our products. Expand the usage of our audiences, products and services.

●      Launch brand campaigns and distribution partnerships to build the Goalsetter brand. 

●      Uses growth marketing tactics, techniques and strategies to build B2B prospects and customer base. 

●      Responsible for social media marketing and content development 

●      Launch partnerships with B2B businesses and create marketing for B2B2C customers.

●      Responsible for B2B/Partner marketing person for banks and credit unions

●      Create campaign messaging and content as required to support ongoing marketing initiatives.

●      Manage the development of customer case studies and webinars that help to demonstrate the value of Goalsetter for our customers.

●      Develop the Paid ads strategy and execute the efforts in each platform which is relevant for us (Linkedin, Google and Facebook.)

●      Increase and develop video content pertaining to our brand in our various channels.

 

Qualifications

●      +5 years of experience in Leading Senior level Marketing Teams in the start up space.

●      +4 years of experience with B2B Marketing.

●       +4 years of experience with B2C Marketing.

●      Outstanding communications skills to explain and translate complex technical concepts into simple and intuitive communications.

●      Must be able to coordinate across many teams and iterate and deliver in a fast-moving startup environment.

●      Being self-directed and working with minimal supervision.

●      Data-driven, use data to measure results and inform decision making and strategy development.

●      Experience designing sales materials from scratch based on sales conversations, sales calls, product interviews, user interviews, market research and your own experience.

●      Adept at team building and expanding as well as trouble solving.

●      Knowledge of CRM, Sales and Inbound content creation.

●      Website and CRO Funnel and landing page creation.

●      Experience with managing & producing audiovisual content.

●      Experience or has worked with Design and Product development.

●      Has worked with or implemented paid ads in Google FB and Linkedin.
