We are looking for a dynamic Sales Managers to join our team and drive our countertops and slabs vertical. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for scouting for new clients, building and managing strong customer relationships, and generating revenue by selling leading brand countertops/slabs to construction professionals and businesses across the United States. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and ensuring our customers have access to top-quality building materials with the bespoke service.

Key Responsibilities:


The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand our customer base and market presence, generating repeat business and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, addressing their needs and providing excellent service.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product offerings, staying updated on industry trends, and effectively communicating product information to the team and clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns to drive sales growth.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as technology, business and product, to ensure revenue growth and customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Sales experience in surfaces; countertops and slabs.
  • Bi-lingual (spanish and english) required.
