Real estate company is seeking self starter, detail oriented person to join our team. This position requires good verbal and written communication skills.  The ideal candidate will be comfortable working within short deadlines and will be required to complete tasks within the allotted time frame. Previous experience in a leasing and property management preferred.

Proficiency in Salesforce preferred but not required. Proficiency with Apple, Word, and Excel highly preferred. Salary commensurate with experience. 30-35 hours/week. Mon-Fri 9:00-4:30.   No weekends.

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Record customer information within our customer service database
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Other duties as requested
