**Location: Appleton, WI; Greendale, WI (Position is for one location only)**
**Salary Range: $15 to $ per hour**
**Job Overview:**
Fox Rocks, LLC is seeking a dynamic and motivated Seasonal Mall Kiosk Manager to oversee our Calendars/Games/Toys kiosk store at either the Appleton or Greendale, WI location. This position is seasonal from September to January, with the opportunity for potential extension based on performance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong dedication to providing excellent customer service.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage a small team of sales associates by delegating tasks and creating task lists to ensure smooth operations
- Provide guidance and support to the team to meet sales goals and targets
- Follow up with owner/operator on a regular basis to provide updates on sales performance and store operations
- Use store email communication to keep the team informed about promotions, changes in procedures, and other important information
- Coordinate transportation for bank runs and deposits as needed
- Receive, stock, and maintain kiosk store merchandising and visuals to attract customers
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement
- Analyze top-selling products and conduct product demos to increase sales
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace for optimal customer experience
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of products as needed

**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail management experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively delegate tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
