Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook eggs, bacon, and other grilled items to order.
- Assemble bagel sandwiches and other menu items accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and quality of all food items.
- Communicate clearly with teammates, especially during peak hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen areas.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Provide general support to the front counter team when needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, café, or deli preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Availability for early morning shifts and weekends.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Reliable, adaptable, and committed to quality and guest satisfaction.
