POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a highly analytical, curious, and insights-driven Data & Analytics Specialist to join our full-service advertising agency. In this role, you’ll transform data into meaningful insights that power smarter strategy, optimize media performance, and inspire creative solutions. You will partner closely with Strategy, Media, Creative, and Account teams to ensure our work is both data-grounded and performance-focused.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance summaries across paid media, owned channels, and campaign activity.
  • Conduct ongoing campaign performance analysis (awareness, engagement, conversion, attribution, ROAS, CPM/CPC/CPA, etc.).
  • Analyze first-party, third-party, and platform data to uncover actionable insights.

Strategy & Insight Development

  • Translate data findings into strategic recommendations for media planning, creative testing, and audience refinement.
  • Support the development of audience segmentation, customer journeys, and behavioral insights.
  • Provide pre-campaign research and forecasting to inform strategic and creative teams.

Optimization & Testing

  • Monitor live campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and underperforming areas.
  • Develop A/B and multivariate testing frameworks for media and creative assets.
  • Partner with media planners and buyers to refine targeting, messaging, and investment strategies.

Tools & Technology

  • Utilize analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Pull data from media platforms including Meta, Google Ads, DV360, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across all reporting environments.



Qualifications

Required

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or performance reporting—agency experience preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with media platforms and campaign measurement metrics.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, v-lookups, functions).
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling stories.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SQL or scripting languages (Python/R) for data manipulation.
  • Knowledge of marketing mix modeling (MMM), attribution modeling, or econometrics.
  • Experience working with CDPs, CRM data, or marketing automation platforms.
  • Understanding of brand lift, incrementality testing, and cross-channel measurement frameworks.
