As our account manager you will be responsible for maintaining our client’s overall satisfaction and success.

You will need to be meticulous with data entry and preferably have a minimum of five years experience with account management activities including invoices, POs, quotes, shipping and working with clients.


You must be able to problem solve both individually and with a team, have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the motivation to work independently with minimum supervision.

As our account manager you will be responsible for maintaining our client’s overall satisfaction and success, cultivating and growing client relationships. Our clients are the lifeblood of our company and we are looking for someone who would be proud and knowledgeable to represent Glowtronics and our products.

Most of your time will be focused on managing client relationships and business needs, as well as understanding production timelines. You will have the opportunity to help improve the efficiencies of processes and ways of working. We will rely on you to build the future of this department and sit at the table to help elevate Glowtronics to the next level.

Responsibilities and Duties

  •     Invoicing
  •     Quoting
  •     Purchase Ordering (supplies)
  •     Data Entry (maintaining client information)
  •     Answer client emails & phone calls
  •     Shipping (create shipping labels, understand domestic & international shipping
  •     Full understanding of products and services
  •    Build relationships with clients to ensure brand and project success
  •     Collaborate with clients to determine product or service requirements
  •     Develop project plans to meet client goals and objectives
  •     Manage and execute client projects
  •     Provide updates, respond to inquiries and address clients in a timely manner
  •     Monitor and manage project performance
  •    Develop new client relationships
  •     Create a superior experience for clients

What you need to have:

  •     Minimum of 5 years experience in account management
  •     Bachelor’s degree; preferred in Business Administration, Mathematics, Accounting
  •     The ability to collaborate with a cross functional team
  •     Maintain a positive and creative mindset
  •     Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  •     Phenomenal customer service skills and desire to go the extra mile
  •     Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to effectively follow processes
  •     Skilled at troubleshooting and problem-solving
