As our account manager you will be responsible for maintaining our client’s overall satisfaction and success.

You will need to be meticulous with data entry and preferably have a minimum of five years experience with account management activities including invoices, POs, quotes, shipping and working with clients.
You must be able to problem solve both individually and with a team, have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the motivation to work independently with minimum supervision.
As our account manager you will be responsible for maintaining our client’s overall satisfaction and success, cultivating and growing client relationships. Our clients are the lifeblood of our company and we are looking for someone who would be proud and knowledgeable to represent Glowtronics and our products.
Most of your time will be focused on managing client relationships and business needs, as well as understanding production timelines. You will have the opportunity to help improve the efficiencies of processes and ways of working.
