About Us

Glow Midwifery is a small, midwife-owned practice located in Gilbert, Arizona. Our practice is built on the foundation of providing top-notch care to our patients while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment for our team members. We are proud to offer full-scope midwifery services and maintain a low-risk patient caseload, allowing us to dedicate ample time to building strong relationships with each individual in our care.

We are a concierge practice and demand for our services is high. We attend births at two local hospitals and maintain a comfortable and inviting office space for gynecology, prenatal, and wellness visits.

At Glow Midwifery, we are a close-knit team dedicated to supporting one another and our patients. We value emotional intelligence, professionalism, and the ability to work well with others. We are a pioneering practice, and much of what we do is new for midwifery in our area. Collaboration is key, and we maintain strong relationships with other local healthcare providers.

The Opportunity

As a midwife at Glow Midwifery, you will have the opportunity to practice in a rewarding and fulfilling manner. We believe in providing trusted, individualized care to our patients, and we empower our midwives to establish meaningful relationships with those in their care.

You'll have the autonomy to determine your monthly birth caseload, with a target of approximately six births per month.

We prioritize work-life balance and offer a schedule that feels lighter than many other midwifery positions. With 20 clinic hours per week, you'll have the flexibility to enjoy your work while still having other hobbies and interests.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary with bonuses for every birth attended. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional development and growth within our practice. We understand the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance and strive to accommodate custom schedules and workloads for our team members. Paid time off, paid holidays, CME stipends, malpractice insurance, and reimbursement for professional fees are all offered.
