This position handles calls from internal associates to assist with their questions and support needs.
An Agent Solutions Support Representative, takes calls from internal associates answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have. Their duties include handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from our agents, listening to agents needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems. This employee should be tech-savy, able to multi-task, as well as have a desire to listen and be a solutions based employee.
