We're looking for a customer service oriented leader with organizational skills to lead our fast paced, high producing real estate center.
Leader must have a servant's heart and always be ready to serve our agent family.
Leader is task oriented, overseeing real estate center events, promotions, and as our main point of contact between our agents and the hub.
Must possess strong leadership skills to manage a growing team of high producing real estate rockstars.
Able to assist in Growth
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years Real Estate Experience and/or management experience, strong communication skills, technology savvy, growth oriented, and extremely customer service focused
Committed to creating a professional environment for associates and their clients/customers
Learning based individual who enjoys training and consulting
The RCOM is a critical member of the Market Center leadership team.
The RCOM displays high energy and is influential with other people.
The RCOM leads the Real Estate Center in implementing powerful support and operational systems that empower associate businesses.
The RCOM works in conjunction with our Agent Solutions team to ensure agents' needs are being met at the highest levels. They support the Team Leader and associates.
The RCOM has excellent communication skills
When challenges arise, RCOM’s direct associates to positive, productive solutions.
The RCOM is an individual who is a rapid problem solver, who easily and quickly learns from their environment.
The RCOM is able to think through a problem or solution in order to present it logically to others, and enjoy a variety of responsibilities in a changing environment.
The RCOM must be an independent decision maker, self-sufficient, and self-directed in their activities, while understanding their activities must be in complete alignment with the rest of the Market Center leadership team.
The RCOM has a successful background in operations and office management.
The RCOM leads the orientation process of all new associates in the Real Estate Center
The RCOM greets consumer clients and assists them when they come to the office
The RCOM is responsible for maintaining the professional presence of the Real Estate Center
The RCOM will lead upcoming events/training classes to the agents in the Real Estate Center
The RCOM understands the models and systems of Keller Williams and Tennessee Communities
