Boutique Adult Family Home | Tacoma, WA (Near 6th Ave)


We’re looking for an exceptional CNA or HCA to join our Adult Family Home team in Tacoma.

Your Role

As part of our caregiving team, you’ll help create a safe, comfortable, and caring environment for our residents while working directly with the owner on both resident care and household operations.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Providing safe 1-person assist transfers
  • Medication assistance and observation reporting
  • Monitoring and documenting vitals, weights, and changes in condition
  • Supporting household operations
  • Preparing simple, nutritious meals
  • Light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean environment
  • Providing compassionate emotional support and companionship to residents

Requirements

  • Active Washington State CNA or HCA license
  • Completed Orientation & Safety training (for HCAs)
  • Current Mental Health certificate
  • Current Dementia certificate
  • Current First Aid/CPR certification
  • Current Food Handler’s Card
  • Stable work history

Salary

$19 - $25 per hour
