GlobeCoRe, Inc is expanding! We are inviting EXCEPTIONAL LICENSED PSYCHOLOGISTS to join our team of highly trained interdisciplinary contract clinicians and consultants. We offer a complete administrative and billing support package as well as Telehealth (work-from-home) and hybrid options. Our practice specializes in multicultural mental health, culturally sensitive clinical treatment and health equity consulting. Requirements:
- Must be FULLY LICENSED IN GEORGIA as a PSYCHOLOGIST; PSYPACT Certification a plus
- Doctoral Degree (Ph.D. or equivalent)
- Have at least 1 year of post-independent licensure experience, preferably with private practice which includes providing individual, family and/or group therapy, conducting psycho-diagnostic assessments; and providing crisis intervention as needed.
- Available and interested in the equivalent of a full-time commitment (25+ contact hours) and career opportunities with GlobeCoRe.
- Must be proficient in computers/electronics health records.
**Preference given to clinicians with experience in multicultural mental health, racial/ethnic identity struggles, addictions, eating disorders, sleeping disorders, substance abuse, autism spectrum, men's issues, sports therapy, faith-based therapy, health psychology, and career counseling.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide therapy (individual, family, group) and psychological assessments (e.g. psych eval, psycho-educational evals, psycho-sexual evals, parental fitness evals, substance abuse evals, trauma evals, bariatric evals, veteran evals), as well as consultation and supervision for diverse client populations and other clinical and consulting services. (children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups).
- Knowledge of psychology, psychometrics, and physiological principles of diagnostic criteria, and psychological evaluation methods.
- Ability to conduct psychological testing, conceptualize cases and formulate diagnoses, analyze and interpret evaluation data, make behavior modification recommendations and prepare timely reports.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team
- Effectively manage a caseload by maintaining ongoing case conceptualization and ensuring that all documentation (intake interview, treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries, contact logs etc.) is completed and signed promptly in compliance with GlobeCoRe policies.
- Highly motivated to network and build a strong clientele and can meet weekly client minimums (25 per week), ensuring clients have future sessions scheduled.
- Conduct free 15 min consultations and follow-up with potential clients to assess fit and coordinate scheduling with the Front Office.
- Adhere to ethical and compliance guidelines, ensuring timely management of medical records, client discharges, and time of service collections.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and maintain clear communication with clients and teammates; work collaboratively with our admin team to ensure smooth administrative processes.
- Uphold a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with experience working with diverse populations.
- Be motivated, organized, and dedicated to building a strong practice.
