Description
Senior Project Designer
Location: Columbus OH headquarters (Remote position will be considered for candidates in Eastern time zone)
Key Responsibilities include:
- Participate in all project phases, from Conceptual Design through Construction Documents and Contract Administration
- Develop designs to scale through various software applications, hand sketching, and materials research
- Regularly communicate and collaborate with clients, participate in and/or lead presentations and project discussions
- Coordinate with internal and external consultants and production team members
- Manage tasks related to project master schedule
- Research project requirements
- Opportunities for growth in program management, client management, and design
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Autocad, Sketchup, and Adobe Suite
- Familiarity with Microsoft Projects, Smartsheets, Revit and other project management/production software
- Broad understanding of construction and architectural detailing
- Experience in project management preferred
- Retail and/or restaurant design initiative experience preferred
- Strong design ability preferred
Salary
$60,000 - $75,000 per year
