Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers
  • Develop and maintain effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates
  • Lead onboarding processes to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the organization
  • Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Support performance management initiatives and employee engagement efforts
  • Coordinate employee recognition programs and company events
  • Prepare HR reports, documentation, and personnel records for leadership as requested
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and procedures

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or related field
  • Strong understanding of labor and employment laws
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting preferred
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professionalism with employees at all levels
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
