Global Go is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to support commercial and federal construction projects. This role plays a critical part in preconstruction planning, cost analysis, and proposal development, working closely with project managers, engineers, and external stakeholders. Federal construction experience is preferred but not required.

Description

Responsibilities


  • Develop detailed cost estimates by analyzing project plans, specifications, and related documents
  • Evaluate labor, material, equipment, and time requirements for assigned projects
  • Support project planning, budgeting, and scheduling efforts
  • Coordinate with inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and government officials
  • Solicit and negotiate subcontractor and vendor pricing
  • Ensure estimates align with project scope, timelines, and compliance requirements

Qualifications


  • 3+ years of construction estimating experience (commercial or federal)
  • Experience with RSMeans or similar estimating software preferred
  • Familiarity with construction management software and estimating tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
  • Federal construction experience a plus, but not required



Salary

$90,000 - $110,000 per year
