The Role
As a Studio Host at Glo30 Old Town Alexandria, you will be the first point of contact for our clients on Sundays. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a warm and inviting atmosphere and represent the GLO30 brand. You should be comfortable with selling skincare products and our memberships.
What You'll Do
- Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-in and appointment inquiries.
- Provide information about our services and products to promote sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment to ensure a pleasant experience.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing client flow throughout the day.
- Address client calls and texts promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the studio.
- Engage with sales leads and walk-in inquiries.
What We're Looking For
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to create a welcoming and friendly environment for clients.
- Basic organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability to work Sundays.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the beauty or wellness industry (especially Esthetician students!)
- Familiarity with appointment scheduling software.
- Passion for skincare and wellness.
$19 - $20 per hour
