Qualifications:
- Current RN license in Virginia
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Flexibility to work days, evenings and some Saturdays
- Emphasis on clinical excellence, safety, and client experience, as well as detailed documentation
- Comfortable in selling memberships, packages and retail products to support guest goals and desired results
- Ability to stay organized and on schedule in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform esthetics treatments including laser, microneedling, dermaplaning, peels, neurotoxin injections and more.
- Educate members on treatment plans to achieve desired results.
- Maintain an immaculate work space following all sanitation guidelines
- Maintain HIPPA
- Build long term relationships with members and guests
- Sell memberships, packages and retial
- Be proficient in studio software including, checkin, checkout, reviewing guest history, performing AI consults and utilizing communication software for guest follow up and lead outreach
