Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Virginia
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Flexibility to work days, evenings and some Saturdays
• Emphasis on clinical excellence, safety, and client experience, as well as detailed documentation
• Comfortable in selling memberships, packages and retail products to support guest goals and desired results
• Ability to stay organized and on schedule in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform esthetics treatments including laser, microneedling, dermaplaning, peels, neurotoxin injections and more.
• Educate members on treatment plans to achieve desired results.
• Maintain an immaculate work space following all sanitation guidelines
• Maintain HIPPA
• Build long term relationships with members and guests
• Sell memberships, packages and retial
• Be proficient in studio software including, checkin, checkout, reviewing guest history, performing AI consults and utilizing communication software for guest follow up and lead outreach
