Glendale OBGYN is a physician-led women's health practice based in Glendale, Arizona, providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to patients throughout the Phoenix metro area. Led by our Chief MD and Medical Officer, Dr. Heard, we offer a full range of services spanning well-woman care, obstetrics, in-office gynecologic procedures, and specialty women's health services. About the Practice

Glendale OBGYN is a growing, physician-led practice providing comprehensive obstetric, gynecologic, and women's health services. We're expanding our clinical team and looking for a Certified Nurse Midwife ready to take ownership of a diverse, rewarding scope of practice.

Position Summary

We are seeking a licensed CNM to join our provider team, managing a full scope of outpatient gynecologic and obstetric care, including solo delivery of low-risk pregnancies. This role carries significant clinical autonomy and is well suited to a midwife who wants a true full-spectrum practice.

Core Responsibilities

• GYN office visits — well-woman exams, contraceptive counseling, and management of common gynecologic conditions
• In-office GYN procedures — including but not limited to IUD placement/removal, endometrial biopsy, colposcopy, and related procedures within CNM scope
• Obstetric office visits — routine and ongoing prenatal care
• Labor & delivery — independent management and delivery of non–high-risk pregnancies
• Call coverage — participation in the practice's on-call rotation for labor & delivery and urgent patient needs

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) certification, licensed (or license-eligible) in Arizona
• Current DEA registration or willingness to obtain
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort working with a high degree of autonomy
• Collaborative mindset — this role works closely with our physician and APP team
• Reliable availability for shared call responsibilities
