About the Practice

Glendale OBGYN is a growing, physician-led practice providing comprehensive obstetric, gynecologic, and women's health services. We're expanding our clinical team and looking for a Certified Nurse Midwife ready to take ownership of a diverse, rewarding scope of practice.

Position Summary

We are seeking a licensed CNM to join our provider team, managing a full scope of outpatient gynecologic and obstetric care, including solo delivery of low-risk pregnancies. This role carries significant clinical autonomy and is well suited to a midwife who wants a true full-spectrum practice.

Core Responsibilities

  • GYN office visits — well-woman exams, contraceptive counseling, and management of common gynecologic conditions
  • In-office GYN procedures — including but not limited to IUD placement/removal, endometrial biopsy, colposcopy, and related procedures within CNM scope
  • Obstetric office visits — routine and ongoing prenatal care
  • Labor & delivery — independent management and delivery of non–high-risk pregnancies
  • Call coverage — participation in the practice's on-call rotation for labor & delivery and urgent patient needs

Qualifications

  • Active Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) certification, licensed (or license-eligible) in Arizona
  • Current DEA registration or willingness to obtain
  • Strong clinical judgment and comfort working with a high degree of autonomy
  • Collaborative mindset — this role works closely with our physician and APP team
  • Reliable availability for shared call responsibilities

$100,000 - $140,000 per year
