Glen Urquhart School (GUS), is an independent, coeducational day school for students in Pre-K through grade eight. Located 45 minutes north of Boston in Beverly Farms, GUS was founded in 1977 with an experiential, place-based philosophy that integrates all subjects and creates opportunities for students to be passionate in their pursuit of knowledge.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Input information in the database to support registration for all programs
• Process registration for programs, including registration changes and charges
• Communicate with parents, faculty, and staff regarding registration details and pertinent program logistics for all auxiliary and summer programs
• Support the care, organization, and maintenance of auxiliary program spaces and property, ensuring supplies, snacks, and materials are well-stocked and organized. 
• Place orders for program supplies as needed, with prior approval from the Director.
• Support the Director of Summer Programs and Auxiliary with hiring documentation
• Support the Director by providing supervision of students in the AfterSchool program, Monday through Friday, 3:00 - 5:30 p.m.
• Provide support to AfterSchool staff by serving as the point of contact in the Director's absence and assisting with the coordination of daily program operations.
• Support the school with other duties as needed

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an relevant field
• Experience using CampBrain is preferred, but not required.
