Job Overview Greenways Landscape Services is hiring an experienced Commercial Irrigation Technician Leader for commercial properties across Aurora, Denver and the i70/E470 Corridor. This is a solid year-round job for someone who can troubleshoot problems, make repairs, work hard, and take real responsibility in the field.

Duties

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial irrigation systems to ensure optimal water distribution across large-scale landscapes
• Conduct routine maintenance on irrigation components.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as excavators to complete installation and repair tasks efficiently
• Perform system inspections to identify issues early and implement timely solutions that prevent water waste or damage
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and system specifications for each project

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience working with commercial irrigation systems, land grading, or construction sites
• Familiarity with commercial landscaping practices including lawn care and landscape maintenance techniques
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as excavators or other small machinery used in installation work
• Knowledge of irrigation components, controllers, valves, sprinklers, and related systems
• Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints for system layout planning
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues quickly and effectively
• Valid driver’s license; experience operating construction or landscaping machinery is a plus
• Bilingual is a plus
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• WeatherTRAK and EtWater experience a plus.
