Gift Basket Drop Shipping is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee our supply chain operations, emphasizing efficient production planning, strategic procurement, and exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective logistics operations that meet customer demands and company goals, all while maintaining high customer satisfaction.



  • Develop and implement detailed production plans and schedules to align with company objectives and market demands.
  • Manage the procurement process from vendor selection and negotiation to purchasing, ensuring cost efficiency and quality assurance.
  • Oversee customer billing processes within the logistics department to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Lead effective inventory management strategies to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize overstock and understock situations.
  • Strengthen relationships with vendors and transportation providers to ensure reliable and efficient service delivery.
  • Set high customer service standards within the logistics team to effectively handle all customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to accurately forecast demand and adjust logistics strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in logistics operations.
  • Generate regular performance reports for the executive team, providing insights into logistics operations and identifying opportunities for improvement.


  • At least 10 years of logistics management experience, with a strong focus on production planning, procurement, and customer service in a retail or wholesale environment OR a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field with at least 7 years or relevant experience.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and train a team.
  • Expertise in using logistics and inventory management software, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability and willingness to commute daily to our Houston office location.
