What We’re Looking For (Must Have)

  • Able to work on-site in Gainesville and cover shifts within 8am–5pm M–F
  • Strong written communication and professional attitude
  • Reliable: shows up on time, responds, follows instructions

Soft Skills We Care About (Read carefully)

  • Clear communicator: you can explain what you’re doing in plain English and keep users informed.
  • Calm under pressure: you don’t get defensive with frustrated users; you de-escalate and focus on solutions.
  • Coachability: you take feedback well and improve fast without arguing.
  • Ownership mindset: you don’t “drop” issues—if you can’t finish it, you escalate with clean notes and the next step.
  • Attention to detail: you read the ticket, follow the process, and document steps so others can pick up where you left off.
  • Time discipline: you show up on time, respond promptly, and manage multiple tickets without freezing.

What “Good” Looks Like Here

  • You acknowledge tickets quickly, communicate next steps, and close the loop.
  • You can say: “Here’s what I tried, here’s what happened, here’s my next step.”

We Are Not a Fit If…

  • You dislike talking to users, avoid documentation, or need constant reminders to follow up.
