The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and talented Senior Account Executive, CPG to join the Reach360 team and drive growth across consumer packaged goods brands and manufacturers of all sizes throughout the United States. This is a role for someone who fits into our fast-paced startup culture, brings a genuine passion for tangibility and connection as marketing tools, and knows how to build pipelines, develop relationships, earn trust, and close business. We want someone accountable, goal-oriented, and competitive, with a proven track record of hitting the budget.

You will call on any company that packages goods, including beverage brands such as energy drinks and coffee, alcohol distributors, gift companies, promotional products companies, and agencies.

You will own your territory, develop new relationships from the ground up, and serve as a solutions-oriented, creative problem solver for prospects navigating the complexities of consumer engagement, loyalty, and retention. If you are the kind of closer who is competitive by nature, leads with empathy and insight, and is intentional about networking, this role is for you.

• This is not a role where leads are handed to you; you build your own pipeline from the ground up
• This is not an order-taking or account-servicing-only position; you are expected to close, not just manage
• This is not a role for someone who avoids occasional travel or in-person relationship building
• This is not a role for someone uncomfortable with accountability or being measured against a number

What You Will Be Held Accountable For

I. Sales & Business Development

• Drive Revenue: Meet and exceed personal sales targets across the CPG vertical
• Build Pipeline: Independently prospect for new clients through outreach, networking, conferences, and referrals
• Consultative Selling: Lead with curiosity and a deep understanding of the consumer journey to match prospects with the right Reach360 solution
• Close Business: Bring a true closing mentality to every engagement, follow through, follow up, and get the deal done
• Entertain & Engage: Build meaningful relationships with prospects and clients through strategic outreach and in-person events
• Attend Conferences: Represent Reach360 at industry conferences and trade shows within the CPG space

II. Account Management

• Own Your Accounts: Manage client relationships with excellence, ensuring strong retention and satisfaction
• Expand Relationships: Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and deepen brand and portfolio partnerships over time
• Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure seamless delivery and brand consistency

III. Reporting & Operations

• Track Activity: Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline reporting, and activity logs
• Communicate Clearly: Provide regular updates to Reach360 leadership on pipeline progress, deal status, and market intelligence

What Success Looks Like

• In 30 days: You have a working command of the Reach360 platform, the CPG vertical, and your assigned territory, and you've begun activating your existing network.
• In 60 days: You have a qualified, active pipeline in motion, with early deals in consultative discovery or negotiation, and a visible presence at relevant industry events.
• In 90 days: You are closing business, tracking toward budget, and expanding relationships within your first accounts, with clean CRM and reporting discipline in place.

What You Must Have

• A proven track record of hitting or exceeding budget, often ahead of schedule
• An established, active network of CPG contacts and a book of business you can activate from day one
• Regular presence at industry trade shows and conferences within the CPG space
• Proven success selling into the CPG vertical, including major markets across the United States
• 3 or more years of B2B sales experience selling into consumer packaged goods companies, large, medium, or small, backed by strong professional references
• Comfort engaging with directors, VPs, and executive leadership, with no trouble getting in front of decision makers
• Solid command of CRM platforms, virtual meeting tools, and digital communication technologies
• Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences and client visits

Bonus Knowledge

• Existing relationships within CPG marketing, brand, or retail partnership teams
• Experience selling tangible, experiential, or direct-to-consumer marketing programs rather than digital-only media
• A track record of expanding single-brand relationships into multi-brand or portfolio-level partnerships
• Prior experience in the sample agency space

Compensation

• Base Salary: $90,000 – $125,000, commensurate with experience
• Commission: Competitive performance-based commission structure
• Equity: Stock options and equity participation
