As a Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist, you will be an integral part of our outpatient mental health facility, providing comprehensive and client-centered care to individuals aged 5 and older. This role encompasses the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a diverse range of mental health issues, including Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Trauma, Grief/Loss, ADHD, PTSD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Marital and Family Issues, Personality Disorders, and co-occurring conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated and holistic care.
• Stay informed about current therapeutic approaches and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Georgia.
• Demonstrated expertise in providing therapeutic interventions to diverse populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
