**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a capable and organized assistant office Manager to join our team. The assistant office Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all office operations at Georgetown Auto Sales. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Office Administration:** Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.

- **Financial Management:** Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, processing payments, and reconciling accounts.

- **Customer Service:** Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.

- **Inventory Management:** Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, including tracking purchases, sales, and transfers.

- **HR Support:** Assist with human resources tasks such as coordinating interviews, onboarding new hires, and maintaining employee records.

- **Vendor Relations:** Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

- **Operational Support:** Support the dealership’s operations by scheduling appointments, coordinating logistics, and maintaining office supplies.


**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role, preferably in the automotive industry.

- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with basic accounting principles.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

- Knowledge of automotive dealership operations is a plus.
