Gentle Force Counseling Services is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in providing compassionate and effective therapy services to our clients.

Job Overview:

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will conduct individual and group therapy sessions, develop treatment plans, and provide crisis intervention when necessary. You will work closely with clients to help them navigate their mental health challenges and develop coping strategies to improve their well-being.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions

- Develop and implement treatment plans

- Provide crisis intervention as needed

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field

- Current and valid license as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW

- Experience working in a mental health setting

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
