This position supports mobile outreach operations, overdose prevention, HIV prevention, healthcare navigation, PrEP enrollment, and participant advocacy while helping ensure that outreach services are safe, welcoming, and responsive to emerging community needs. The Community Health Worker also assists with operational activities that support the success of the Harm Reduction Program, including outreach preparation, inventory management, and supply distribution.
