At Gem Studio, our Silversmiths bring creativity, precision, and artistry to life. This role is perfect for makers who thrive in beautiful, intentional spaces, love working with their hands, and want to grow a real craft inside a brand with heart. Every day, you'll help guests create pieces that become memories and you'll do it alongside a team where growth is real, supported, and celebrated at every level.

What You'll Do

•  Handcraft custom jewelry with intention and care

•  Shape, solder, polish, and finish pieces that become meaningful memories

•  Guide guests through the creation process with warmth, confidence, and genuine connection

•  Support sales through conversation, storytelling, and helping guests find what fits their vibe

•  Maintain a clean, elevated studio environment that reflects our brand aesthetic

•  Collaborate with a team that values creativity, authenticity, and growth

Job Requirements

•  Must be at least 18 years of age

•  Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

•  Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with guests in a creative, hands-on environment

•  Ability to learn and follow detailed crafting processes, including shaping, soldering, polishing, and finishing jewelry

•  Ability to maintain focus, precision, and attention to detail during hands-on tasks

•  Willingness to uphold studio safety, quality, and cleanliness standards

•  Availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak studio hours

•  Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on crafting tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation
