Join a team that's redefining automotive care! Delta Tire is a full-service shop where "your car is my car" isn't just a saying, it's our way of doing business. We're dedicated to providing exceptional, comprehensive service to our loyal customers, far exceeding the typical tire shop. We're looking for forward-thinking individuals who want to grow with us, contribute to a thriving environment, and help us maintain our reputation for fixing it right. If you're ready to put customers first and be part of something special, we want to hear from you.

We don’t just fix cars—we take care of people. As a Front Counter Sales Associate, you're the first point of contact and the one who sets the tone for the entire customer experience. Your main job is to listen to customers, understand their concerns, and help guide them toward the right services and products—whether it's a new set of tires, an oil change, or just peace of mind.

Our motto is "We treat your car like our car," and we mean it. That means being honest about what a car truly needs, reliable in following through, and always putting ourselves in the customer’s shoes. People don’t just want service—they want to know you care. We believe in earning their trust every day by treating them with respect, explaining things clearly, and making sure their vehicle is safe and reliable when it leaves our lot.

You don’t need to be a car expert (we’ll train you), but you do need to care—about people, about doing things right, and about being part of a team that’s committed to doing honest work the right way.

If you're friendly, dependable, and want to be part of a place where people come first, this could be a great fit.
