General Requirements - Maintain appropriate licensure through national credentialing board(s) (NBCOT) and the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA). Conduct evaluation, assessment, and therapeutic intervention. Provide indirect services including reporting, care coordination, and collaboration with internal and external teams.
Privacy - Abide by the Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA), Company privacy and confidentiality policies, and uphold the highest ethical standards as identified by the applicable governing and licensing bodies.
Documentation Requirements - Assign appropriate diagnostic (ICD-10) and therapeutic (CPT) codes, complete client incident reports, treatment plans, monthly reports, and other required documentation, and create, implement, maintain and track individual goals as needed by the Company’s clients. Record contact hours and maintain detailed contact notes to be finalized and submitted by Friday of the week of service, no later than 30 minutes after the last session.
Organization - Maintain thorough and autonomous organization of work duties. Coordinate and implement individual and group-based intervention per client needs, initiating new ideas and soliciting collaboration from teammates for wrap around supports. Submit a monthly hour log with accurate time recording and detailing work completed to be submitted and finalized by the final day of each month.
Caseload - Work with clients across the agespan with autism and related neurodivergence. Maintain an average of 25 billable hours per week for full time employment; 10 hour minimum billable hours for part time employment. 1,120 minimum billable hour yearly quota for full time. 460 minimum billable hour yearly quota for part time.
Service Area - Provide services in the clients home and community as determined by a client's plan including travel within Company service area, not more than a 30-minute radius from the office, which includes: Boulder & Broomfield counties, as well as parts of Jefferson, Adams, and Weld counties.
Communication- Proactively and professionally communicating with teammates, supervisor(s), company Director(s) and support staff. Communicating with clients and families to complete scheduling, provide psychoeducation, and complete check ins/request updates throughout the week via email, phone, and text.
Pay is $45-60 per hour of direct therapy services and $16 per hour of nonbillable time.
