GAST Clearwater is looking for a qualified and experienced Sales Account Executive who is dedicated within the Real Estate | Aquatics | Resort | Hotel industries. The ideal candidate will need to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base. The ideal candidate will have talent in sales and experience in customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional able to achieve balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach.

At GAST Clearwater, starting salaries are expressed as base salaries for sales roles. However, additional target compensation and short-term incentives in the form of sales commission plans are also available for certain positions.

Account Executive responsibilities are:

  • Making new business plans
  • Managing the entire sales cycle
  • Seeking new sales opportunities
  • Introducing products/services to prospective clients/customers
  • Keeping track of sales trends
  • Keeping in contact with clients
  • Resolving disputes
  • Negotiating agreements
  • Develop and execute successful service & sales campaigns
  • Personally create new leads from prospecting efforts and assist others in qualifying leads & sales opportunities thoroughly
  • Leverage business from new & established relationships
  • Strategize, negotiate & close business
  • Exceed monthly sales quota

Account Executive requirements are:

  • BA/BSc in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Experience as an Account Executive in the Real Estate | Artificial Beaches | Lagoons | Wave Pool | Aquatics | Hotel | Resort industries.
  • Extensive knowledge of Sales & Marketing Strategies.
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Familiar with Salesforce and MS Office software or related CRM software.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Possessing good business acumen
  • Minimum 5 years of experience selling B2B service or technology solutions
  • 4+ years of selling service & products with outstanding quota attainment history and track record.
  • Discovery, prospecting, strategy, and closing skills.
  • Consultative and solution-selling experience.
  • BA/BS degree from an accredited university.
  • Consistent overachievement of goals.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Creative with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team
