GAST Clearwater is looking for a suitable qualified and experienced Inside Sales Representative who is dedicated within the Real Estate | Aquatics | Resort | Hotel industries. will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

At GAST Clearwater, starting salaries are expressed as base salaries for sales roles. However, additional target compensation and short-term incentives in the form of sales commission plans are also available for certain positions.

Inside Sales Representative responsibilities are:

  • Finding new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Follow-up Sales Qualified Leads & Marketing Qualified Leads.
  • Maintaining and expanding qualified leads to convert to opportunities.
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Assigning qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Advanced negotiation skills to take qualified opportunities and convert them to closed won.
  • Both strong listening and communication skills are crucial to the sales process.
  • Advanced mathematical skills to assist with analysis and calculations of costings, discounts, percentages, and sales prices.
  • Interact with operations, marketing, or other sales team members to meet sales goals. Interpersonal and teamwork skills are required.
  • Skills in persuasion and influencing to assist in closing a sale while developing meaningful relationships with clients.

Inside Sales Representative requirements are:

  • BA/BSc or Asc degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field
  • 5 years experience as a Sales Representative/Associate in the Real Estate | Aquatics | Beach | Wave Pool | Lagoon | Hotel | Resort industries.
  • Familiar with ERP and CRM, and MS Office programs such as Salesforce
  • Excellent Sales Track record meeting or exceeding targets and high-value sales closed won.
  • Good customer service skills
  • Superb communication skills
  • Able to multitask
  • Good team player
