Description

Are you a strong leader who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to turn goals into results?

Gangi Dental Care is looking for an energetic, organized, and results-driven Bilingual Dental Office lead to lead our Manatee office.

We are looking for more than someone who can simply “lead” an office. We want a leader who takes ownership, develops their team, creates an exceptional patient experience, and is motivated to grow the practice.

Your Role

As the Dental Office Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice and ensure the office is organized, productive, patient-focused, and working toward its financial and operational goals.

You will be responsible for three key areas: People, Operations, and Results.

  • Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, motivate, and hold the team accountable.
  • Create a positive, professional, and high-energy work environment.
  • Coach employees and help develop future leaders.
  • Conduct daily huddles and communicate expectations clearly.
  • Address performance concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Work closely with doctors, clinical staff, front desk, treatment coordinators, and management.
  • Lead by example and help build a culture of teamwork and accountability.
  • Office Operations
  • Oversee daily front-office and administrative operations.
  • Maintain an organized and productive patient schedule.
  • Monitor confirmations, cancellations, no-shows, recalls, and unscheduled treatment.
  • Make sure patients receive excellent customer service from their first phone call through checkout.
  • Ensure patient accounts, documentation, payments, insurance information, and office records are accurate.
  • Monitor employee schedules, attendance, timekeeping, and productivity.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed consistently.
  • Identify problems quickly and bring solutions—not just problems—to leadership.
  • Production, Collections & Growth
  • Take ownership of office production and collection goals.
  • Review daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
  • Work with the team to keep the schedule productive and patients in the chair.
  • Monitor treatment acceptance and outstanding treatment.
  • Help reactivate existing patients and grow the patient base.
  • Reduce cancellations and unused schedule time.
  • Help the team convert incoming calls into scheduled appointments.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and create action plans when goals are not being met.
  • Protect the profitability and financial health of the practice.
  • Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Outgoing, confident, and professional
  • A natural leader who enjoys developing people
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by results
  • Highly organized and able to multitask
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced dental office
  • Strong on the phone and in face-to-face communication
  • Able to handle difficult conversations professionally
  • Solution-oriented and proactive
  • Comfortable reviewing numbers, reports, production, and collections
  • Passionate about customer service and patient care
  • Coachable and interested in continued professional growth

Dental management experience is strongly preferred.

Experience with dental scheduling, insurance, treatment coordination, collections, accounts, and dental practice management software is a plus.

What Success Looks Like

A successful leader does not simply keep the office running. They know their numbers, understand their patients, develop their team, identify problems before they become bigger issues, and consistently work toward improving the practice.

We want someone who can walk into the office each morning and ask:

What does my team need today? What do our patients need? What do the numbers tell me? And what can I do to make this office better?

Why Gangi Dental Care?

At Gangi Dental Care, we believe leadership should come with opportunities for growth.

We invest in training and development and are looking for individuals who want to build a career not simply find their next job.

Our mission is to keep our patients' teeth healthy for life, while creating an environment where our team can learn, grow, and make a meaningful difference in our patients' lives.

If you are passionate about leadership, dentistry, people, and results, we want to meet you.

Apply today and tell us why you are ready to lead, grow, and make an impact at Gangi Dental Care one smile at a time.
