Product Engineer

About This Role

We are seeking a Product Engineer who combines product strategy, technical implementation, and AI-native development. You will drive product vision while implementing solutions hands-on in small, focused teams (2-3 engineers, not traditional 9-person teams).

What You'll Do

Product Leadership

• Define product vision and roadmap—decide "what we work on next"
• Use AI tools to generate PRDs, user stories, and synthesize user feedback
• Lead agile processes focused on small, specialized tasks

Technical Implementation

• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance
• Bridge product vision with system architecture
• Work directly with engineering teams on feature implementation

AI-Native Development

• Leverage generative AI for product planning and requirement refinement
• Automate traditional PM tasks like survey analysis and roadmap creation
• Experiment with AI-driven product development workflows

Requirements

Background

• Strong engineering foundation with coding experience
• 3+ years product management or technical product experience
• Successfully led teams or complex technical projects
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies

Skills

• Proficient in code review and technical architecture
• Experience with AI tools for product development (preferred)
• Strong communication and technical writing
• Owner mentality focused on impact over output
