**Job Overview:**

As a Lifeline Enrollment Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting eligible individuals in enrolling in the Lifeline program, which provides discounted phone and internet services to low-income households. You will serve as a lifeline for those who need assistance navigating the enrollment process and ensuring they have access to vital communication services.

**Responsibilities:**

- Reach out to eligible individuals to inform them about the Lifeline program

- Assist individuals in completing the enrollment process accurately and efficiently

- Provide excellent customer service and support to applicants throughout the enrollment process

- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all enrollments

- Stay up to date on program guidelines and requirements to ensure compliance

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in customer service or enrollment assistance preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and efficiently

- Compassionate and patient demeanor

- Must be able to work flexible hours as needed

Salary for this position ranges STARTS AT $10 PER HOUR.
