About The Manors
The Manors operates six luxury event venues across Northern Virginia, including distinctive
historic estates and manor properties that host weddings, private celebrations, and special events
throughout the year. Our in-house catering capabilities allow clients to coordinate venue, menu, service
style, and event experience through an integrated team. Our clients represent a wide range of cultural and religious traditions. Success in this role requires the ability to listen carefully, understand the scope and significance of each celebration, and confidently guide clients through venue options, packages, catering considerations, upgrades, and next steps.
What You Will Do
*Manage and convert inbound leads generated through company marketing and referral channels.
*Conduct polished, consultative venue tours that connect client priorities to the right event experience.
*Guide couples and event hosts through pricing, packages, catering selections, upgrades, and available
options.
*Prepare proposals and contracts, address questions and objections, and move qualified opportunities
through signature and deposit.
*Maintain accurate, timely pipeline activity and client records within the CRM.
*Develop productive referral relationships with planners, photographers, florists, and other event-
industry partners.
*Coordinate a professional handoff of booked events to the events team to support continuity of the
client experience.
What We Are Looking For
*Demonstrated success in commission-based, consultative, or high-ticket sales.
*Confidence guiding clients through emotional, high-value purchasing decisions with professionalism
and sound judgment.
*Strongly preferred: familiarity with diverse menu styles and multicultural wedding traditions, including
multi-day celebrations, religious and dietary requirements such as halal and kosher sourcing, varied
service formats, and large-format guest counts.
*Consistent weekend and evening availability, aligned with peak tour and event schedules.
*Reliable transportation and the flexibility to work across multiple venue locations.
*Strong organization, follow-through, and CRM discipline across a fast-moving sales pipeline.
*A warm, polished communication style that builds trust with clients, families, and vendor partners.
Relevant backgrounds may include: luxury hospitality, upscale restaurant service and catering,
independent wedding planning, event or meeting sales, residential real estate, vacation ownership, fine
jewelry, medical aesthetics, and hotel or country club event sales.
Schedule
Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week, including weekends and some evenings. Schedules are set in
advance. Overtime requires prior approval.
