Gabbi Health is looking for a passionate email marketing expert, with experience in d2c or b2b2c with an interest in women's health, to contract for our team for 4-6 months (with possibility to transition into a full time role).

Early detection is key. Women diagnosed at stage 0 or stage 1 have a 99% survival rate; women diagnosed at stage 4 have a ~30% survival rate.

The problem is that women don’t know their risk, so they don’t know what kind of care to get and when to get it. Gabbi has created an all-inclusive risk assessment that is the most accurate at predicting a woman’s risk of developing breast cancer. Once a woman knows her risk, we arm her with a personalized action plan and real-time care navigation with our team of clinical breast specialists to make sure she can get the care she needs, when she needs it.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end lifecycle email marketing campaigns and transactional emails, from conceptualization to delivery and analysis.
  • Create engaging and compelling email content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand voice, including engaging copy and persuasive calls to action.
  • Own the email approval process with our partners (health plans), getting review and making updates based on partner feedback.
  • Segment and manage email lists, ensuring accurate targeting and personalized communication based on customer demographics, preferences and behavior.
  • Monitor and study email campaign key performance indicators (KPIs), such as email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, conversions and ROI.
  • Identify opportunities for email optimization and implementing A/B testing to analyze performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and engagement rates.
  • Determine and manage marketing tool stack, including email platform and customer management tooling
  • Own communications QA process, including processing of member eligibility files in CRM, owning the email approval process with our partners (getting review and making updates based on feedback) and testing that campaigns and transactional emails are triggering appropriately and following agreed upon SLAs. 
  • Support our sales efforts, including asset generation and messaging for sales assets.


  • 5-10 years of relevant experience
  • Experience setting up and working with CRMs and email platforms
  • Experience creating email lifecycle strategies to acquire and retain users and evidence of improving acquisition and retention
  • Experience designing and implementing drip campaigns, including writing copy, building emails, launching campaigns, and analyzing results
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically
  • High level of proactivity, comfort with ambiguity, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail 
  • Experience in a high growth startup environment 
  • Experience with Hubspot, Paubox or similar platforms
  • Excellent storyteller
  • Bonus - experience with the healthcare industry and/or women’s healthcare
