Most people will have been impacted by breast cancer at 50, either through a direct diagnosis, or by the diagnosis of a loved one.

Unfortunately, breast cancer is affecting women at a younger age - 85% of whom are underdiagnosed or diagnosed too late.

We are on a mission to make all late stage breast cancer obsolete. We have created a breast cancer risk assessment and early detection solution that offers immediate and accurate results for women of all ages and all ethnicities without the dependence on a medical professional. .

We’re looking for a Chief of Staff who is passionate about making all late stage breast cancer obsolete.

As the Chief of Staff, you will report to the CEO and be responsible for implementing company-wide strategy, driving cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring key business priorities are met. You will serve as the CEO’s right hand, providing tactical support & ensuring all follow-ups are properly executed. You will dig into specific areas that need the most support as an extension of the CEO including but not limited to hiring, comms, customer success, product, fundraising, and business development. The ideal candidate is an extremely effective communicator, collaborator, can anticipate problems before they arise, has exceptional project management capabilities, is painstakingly organized, and has experience navigating commercial partnerships, and managing a small team.

  • 2+ years of operations and/or strategy work and held one operational position at a startup with success
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate new product opportunities and operational gaps

  • Strong proficiency in OKR processes and project management tools 
  • Problem solver with a can do attitude

What you will do:

Strategy & Operations:

  • Gather, prioritize, and structure critical information for the CEO and leadership team to assist with effective decision making & on-time execution
  • Plan, coordinate, and keep contents of every meeting focused and prioritized, ensuring proper agendas are created ahead of every meeting 
  • Drive the OKR process: continue to improve the existing process, prepare all materials needed for OKR workshops and strategy sessions, and ensure department leaders are active participants in the process
  • Act as project manager and ensure all initiatives are tracked, status recorded on a regular cadence, and actively resolve issues, ensuring all follow-ups and engagement requirements are executed on-time. 
  • Maintain a 360 view of business performance and KPIs at all times - actively read KPI reports and surface opportunities to CEO
  • Partner with the CEO to explore strategic issues, vision, org growth and culture health and assist with strategic priorities i.e. budgets, company OKR alignment, internal and external communications, and other one-off strategic and operational projects.
  • Keep the CEO accountable to weekly priorities and ensure all tasks are completed
  • Own the execution of the tactics, prep work, and planning for all leadership meetings including weekly all hands meetings, offsites, and strategy meetings. Create agendas, develop prep materials, record + share out notes ensure follow-up on action items
  • Maintain strong relationships with key business leaders to identify opportunities to improve our SOPs, best practices, and ways of working 


Business Development:

  • Standup and own the implementation & onboarding of ongoing partners and serve as the liaise between the Partner and the Product Team
  • Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through execution under the guidance of department leaders
  • Create decks, sales materials, draft emails, and respond to inquiries as necessary


Investor Relations/Fundraising:

  • Prepare quarterly investor updates and agendas, develop subsequent fundraising & board decks as needed 
  • Build out data room and necessary due diligence requirements for fundraising rounds
