G Town Autobody is seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day

execution of our growing automotive businesses. This position goes beyond traditional collision

repair management. We operate a hybrid business model that includes collision repair, vehicle

rentals, insurance claim assistance, and vehicle sales. The ideal candidate is focused on execution,

accountability, problem-solving, and ensuring the entire company operates at a high level. We are

looking for someone who can coordinate multiple moving parts and help drive growth while

maintaining exceptional customer service.

G Town Autobody provides collision repair services throughout Belton, Kansas City, and

surrounding communities. Through our affiliated operations, we also provide rental vehicles for

customers during repairs and assist with vehicle sales opportunities.

Responsibilities


• Oversee daily collision repair operations

• Monitor vehicle production schedules and deadlines

• Ensure repairs are completed on time and at the highest quality standards

• Conduct quality control inspections

• Verify parts ordering and repair planning

• Assist customers through the repair process

• Help resolve customer concerns and issues

• Assist with insurance claims, supplements, and estimates

• Coordinate with insurance companies and adjusters

• Manage rental vehicle inventory, checkouts, and returns

• Support vehicle sales opportunities and commission-based sales efforts

• Lead technicians, painters, detailers, rental staff, and office personnel

• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training

• Improve systems, efficiency, and overall company performance

Qualifications

• Automotive industry experience preferred

• Collision repair experience strongly preferred

• Previous leadership or management experience

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple departments simultaneously

• Experience with insurance claims and estimating preferred

• Valid driver's license required

• Self-motivated and results-driven
