Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized Recruiting to join our team and help build a strong, reliable workforce. The Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for attracting, identifying, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates to support company growth. This role will focus on building a consistent pipeline of skilled technicians, sales professionals, and support team members while creating a positive experience for applicants throughout the hiring process.

The Recruiter will manage the full recruiting process, including creating and posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and recruiting platforms, and identifying individuals who match company standards and position requirements. This position will review applications, conduct initial phone screenings, schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and assist management with selecting the best candidates for available positions.


The Recruiter will support the onboarding process by helping new hires complete required paperwork, coordinating training schedules, and ensuring new team members understand company expectations, policies, and procedures. This role will maintain accurate candidate records, track recruiting activity, follow up with applicants, and provide updates to management regarding hiring progress. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence speaking with people, and the ability to manage multiple candidates throughout the hiring process. Candidates should be organized, dependable, comfortable making phone calls, and able to work independently while meeting recruiting goals. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn recruiting software and company systems are required. Successful candidates will have experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, hiring, or administrative roles. Strong relationship-building skills, professionalism, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to identify quality candidates are highly desired. Experience with applicant tracking systems, social media recruiting, and interviewing is a plus.

$35,000 - $130,000 per year
