Description
- Child supervision:
- Actively monitor children during playtime, mealtimes, and transitions to ensure their safety and prevent accidents.
- Basic caregiving:
- Change diapers, assist with feeding, and help children with personal hygiene routines.
- Classroom preparation:
- Set up learning centers, prepare materials for activities, and maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Curriculum implementation:
- Assist the lead teacher in carrying out planned activities, including educational games, story time, and arts and crafts.
- Individualized attention:
- Provide additional support to children who may need extra help with learning activities or social interactions.
- Behavior management:
- Help enforce classroom rules and positive discipline strategies as directed by the lead teacher.
- Communication:
- Maintain open communication with parents, updating them on their child's progress and addressing any concerns.
- Documentation:
- Keep records of children's daily activities, observations, and developmental milestones.
Minimum Qualification:
Process CPR & First Aid Certification, Current Health Certification & TB Test Result,
FBI Background Check, Basic Health & Safety Training
Salary
$15 - $15 per hour
