Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic massage services to older adults in independent living communities.
- Tailor massage techniques to meet the unique needs of each client, including those with chronic pain, mobility limitations, or medical conditions.
- Create a welcoming and calming environment that prioritizes client comfort and trust.
- Maintain accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress updates.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including physical, occupational, and speech therapists, to ensure holistic client care.
- Uphold professional standards of hygiene, safety, and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Current state licensure as a massage therapist.
- Certification in therapeutic massage techniques, such as Swedish, deep tissue, or geriatric massage.
- Previous experience working with older adults is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as a 1099 contractor.
- Reliable transportation to travel to independent living communities.

Salary
$31.21 - $36.13 per hour
