Fusion is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Commercial HVAC Technician! We are searching for Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration Technicians in New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware. Fusion is seeking HVAC Technicians with a strong desire to provide quality service to our customers. We are looking to add self-driven, experienced and qualified HVAC and Refrigeration technicians to our team.

**$1,500 sign on bonus**

HVAC Technician Applicants should:

• Have a minimum of 3 years of Commercial HVAC service experience, 5+ years preferred
• Prefer a minimum of 2 years of Refrigeration service experience
• Have a high standard of workmanship
• Possess a strong understanding of HVAC fundamentals
• Be willing to travel daily throughout the service area
• Be team oriented
• Possess strong customer service skills
• Demonstrate ownership of responsibilities
• Have a clean driving record
