As a Fusion Systems Engineer (SE), you will help design, develop, integrate, and support mission-critical systems supporting the Federal Government and U.S. National Security. You will work closely with Government customers, users, and technical teams to analyze requirements, evaluate technical solutions, support system development and integration, and resolve complex engineering challenges. The Systems Engineer helps ensure solutions are reliable, secure, technically sound, and aligned with mission requirements.

As a Fusion Systems Engineer (SE), you will have the opportunity to apply your engineering expertise throughout the systems engineering life cycle while working directly with Government customers and mission partners.
What You'll Do
As a Fusion Systems Engineer, you may guide users in developing and refining requirements, evaluate alternative technical approaches, and conduct feasibility studies. You may analyze user requirements, Concept of Operations (CONOPS) documentation, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
You may also support system development and implementation planning through the assessment or preparation of Systems Engineering Management Plans and system integration and test plans.
Our Systems Engineers interact directly with Government customers to address technical considerations and help resolve engineering problems, issues, and conflicts.

What You'll Bring
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a current TS/SCI clearance with at least a CI polygraph; Full Scope polygraph is preferred.
A Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field plus a minimum of seven (7) years of systems engineering experience is required for the qualification level identified in this announcement.
