Essential Job Functions:

·        Build a positive relationship with the assigned portfolio of hotels and key revenue management partners  

·        Create long and short-term strategies to maximize revenues and oversee successful execution towards the advancement of RevPar market share

·        Monitor competitor rates, positioning, strategies, and data while maintaining an understanding of the dynamics of the local market and demand generators

·        Daily review of pick up, rates, and forecast for each hotel in the portfolio and provide necessary analysis, recommendations, or strategy implementations

·        Effectively develop and implement market mix strategy

·        Maintain rate integrity

·        Ensure proactive and accurate maintenance and management of all systems: CRS, PMS, booking engines, channel manager, etc.

·        Ensure all distribution channels have correct content and pricing

·        Manage and oversee strategy for all third-party distribution

·        Responsible for assessing, analyzing, and pricing group business strategies

·        Monitor group blocks and release as necessary back into general inventory

·        Provide forecasts of expected results, variances, and budget comparisons

·        Create rate codes for packages, LNR, and groups as needed

·        Assist or lead the development of new tools, reports, and processes for FUSED

●        Proficient in all MS Office / 365 platforms and working knowledge of the brand systems of their portfolio

●        Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards and reports for the levers that drive the business

●        Design and create data visualizations (reports and dashboards) in various reporting

●        Proven ability to work with a diverse group of individuals (D.E.I. focused) to enrich performance and operating culture

●        Able to work independently, take initiative to seek ways to assist both the internal and external customer

●        Drive analytical rigor across the organization to guide outstanding decision making

●        Create and analyze predictive analysis for seller and customer

●        Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

●        Requires ability to take written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly

●        Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to balance and prioritize work

●        Ability to identify segments of the customer base and seller base that are having a positive/negative impact on the business

●        Create and deliver presentations to clearly articulate the data into a story

●        Fosters the FTS Culture in the department and throughout the company to ensure fulfillment of FTS’s Vision and unity of purpose

●        Participation in special projects and performing additional duties as required


Location and Expected Work Hours:

●        Required technology to support this position will be provided by FTS

●        Work may exceed 40 hours per week M-F to include evenings and weekends

●        Flexible scheduling and time off, which includes holidays

●        A valid driver’s license and access to transportation for periodic travel


Education and Experience:

●        2-5 years of hotel revenue management experience

●        Hotel operations experience preferred

●        Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Economics, Hospitality, or another related field

●        Revenue Management certifications of 1 or more major brands (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, Choice, Best Western)

●        Previous remote work experience preferred  



●        Annual compensation range begins at $50,000 and is based on experience and certifications
