We are looking for responsible, energetic people to add to our management team. As a shift manager you will be the direct report for all of the staff on the entertainment side of the facility during your shift. You are responsible for ensuring excellent customer service is always provided by all employees.

AN ENTERTAINMENT SHIFT MANAGER: is part of the team of shift lead supervisors (key holders). They oversee the daily operations of Fun Depot. A shift manager ensures that the facility is well staffed, they adhere to quality and service standards, work to increase revenue, and help to accomplish company goals by developing and implementing business strategies.

• Proficient in the various POS software in the facility and possess the ability to troubleshoot common problems 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure a consistent, excellent standard of customer service
• Supervise business operations 
• Balance cash drawers 
• Create and implement business strategies 
• Analyze information and processes and work to develop more efficient processes 
• Train, motivate, and coach team members and assistant managers as they provide attentive and efficient customer service 
• Ensure staff follows company policies and procedures 
• Monitor and supervise the timely arrival of scheduled team members 
• Monitor facility activity and ensure it is properly staffed 
• Ensure that team members have completed their responsibilities for each shift 
• Maintain a clean, tidy facility 
• Monitor quality assurance. Report any problems, accidents, unsafe conditions, or equipment trouble to superior 
• Meet regularly with upper management to report and plan strategically to meet team objectives 
• Continues to manage specific role in the facility (go kart operations supervisor, laser tag operations supervisor, floor operations supervisor, party coordinator, meeting coordinator, shop supervisor, inventory supervisor, etc.) or assigned elevated role (human resources, training supervisor, etc.)
